KingKabs provide an around-the-clock on-demand transport service to the people of Chester & Ellesmere Port, our dispatch system completes more than four-million journeys each year – that’s a journey every eight seconds; rain, hail or shine. Unfortunately, not all our bookings go as we would expect. When this happens, we want you to tell us. After all we can only improve our service by listening to your feedback. App users are automatically invited to rate their experience after every journey, providing us and our drivers with valued feedback. Alternatively, you may wish to contact us using our dedicated customer feedback phone-line or email. All feedback is logged and responded to within two working days (Monday – Friday). A member of our admin team will open an investigation based on the feedback received from you and will contact you at the earliest opportunity to discuss your feedback; your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel that the service you have received is not to your satisfaction please fill in the form below and someone will get back to you within 72 hours.
