Do I need to download a new app?

No you will not need to download a new app. If you do not have automatic updates set up you should be prompted to update your app. You can also check if you you have the latest version in your app store.

 

How do I download the app?

You can download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Just search for “KingKabs” or use the links above.

 

Why do I need to re-register?

The app is managed by a different company so we will need you to re-enter your personal details.

 

What if I have issues with the app?

Why has my app not updated yet?

It will take up to 4 working days for every KingKabs customer to be on the latest version of the app. Don't worry if you still only have access to the old app, you will still be able to book.

 

How long will the registration take?

When you have the new app, you will need to enter the following details: Phone number, Full name, Email address. You will verify your mobile number with a code. Once you have set up your account, you can add your bank card or chose to pay via apple pay/google pay by clicking on the three lines in the top left and selecting payment.
