On Wednesday, the 6th of March, between 1230 and 1 pm, we will undertake scheduled maintenance on our phone system.
During this window, we anticipate an outage of up to 5 minutes on our phone lines. Existing pre-bookings will not be impacted and will be despatched as usual; the 5-minute outage will only affect the phone lines.
Whilst telephone bookings will not be available for this short time, all our other booking channels (the app and web-booker) will remain active.
